Training
As a trainer I develop and deliver (management) development programs, single incompany- and topical trainings. In my approach I bring theoretical and practical knowledge as well as a lot of energy in order to help others improve their skills & insights. Because I spend part of my time facilitating business leaders and their teams, I have hands on experience with the things I teach. My main focus areas are leadership, teamwork, & negotiation/ influencing. My strength as a trainer is in the translation of both theory and experience to the personal context of the participant. Every organization and every team and every person is different, so the personal needs of the participants differ as well. I cater to these differences
Process facilitation
As a facilitator I help (complex, multi-national and/or multi-expertise) teams to get the most out of their time together. I facilitate teams to change, develop or succeed through project planning, strategy refinement & alignment, and/or the creation of action plans for specific results. Important in my approach as a facilitator is that besides facilitating the process, I coach the leader to step up and take charge, focusing on both business and people.
Project Management
In each project two elements are extremely important. What
do you want to achieve and who
is going to achieve it. I will help you to get a good understanding of both of them, and how to strengthen cooperation between project members to achieve the common goal. As a project leader, this will help you understand how you can have the best impact on your team.
